Refund & Return Policy (Includes Exchange Policy)

Summary


  • Return/Exchange window (domestic): within 3 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.
  • Exchanges allowed for sizing issues or manufacturing defects.
  • Refunds only for verified manufacturing defects or shipping errors; otherwise we offer
    exchange or store credit.
  • Sale/clearance items may be non-exchangeable (check product page).


Eligibility

 

Eligible items:

  • Return/exchange requests made within 3 days of delivery.
  • Items in original condition (unworn, unwashed, tags intact).
  • Damaged or incorrect items, provide photos when contacting us.

 

Not eligible:


  • Worn, washed, or missing-tags items.
  • Items marked “final sale” or on clearance.


How to Request a Return or Exchange


    1. Contact us within the return window: Email inbox.layl@gmail.com or contact +92-322-0778777. 
    2. Provide: order number, item name/SKU, size, reason for return, and photos (if damaged).
    3. We’ll review and provide return/exchange instructions and the return address (if required).
    4. Ship the item securely (we recommend tracked shipping).


Exchange Fees & Shipping


    1. Exchange shipping fee (domestic): PKR 400 per exchange — unless the exchange is due to Layl’s error or a manufacturing defect.
    2. Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind exchanges unless otherwise stated.
    3. If Layl is at fault (wrong/defective item), we will cover return shipping.


Refunds

 

  • Refunds are issued only for valid defects or if we shipped the wrong item and a refund is requested.
  • After receiving and inspecting the return, we will notify you of approval/rejection. 
    If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14
    business days (timing depends on payment provider).

Damaged or Faulty Items 

 

Report damaged/defective items immediately at inbox.layl@gmail.com with photos and order number. We will advise on replacement, exchange, or refund.


Cancellation Policy


To cancel, contact us as soon as possible at inbox.layl@gmail.com or +92-322-0778777.

Orders can be cancelled prior to dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellations are subject to returns policy.
