This Shipping Policy explains shipping costs, delivery times, tracking, and related terms.

 

Domestic (Pakistan) Shipping

 

  • Shipping fee: PKR 350 flat per order.
  • Delivery time: 5–8 working days for most locations.
  • Dispatch: Orders are usually dispatched within 24–48 business hours of payment confirmation.

Payment Methods

 

We accept Credit/Debit Cards, Bank Transfer, and Cash on Delivery (COD) where COD is available for domestic orders. Available payment options appear at checkout.

 

Tracking

 

A tracking number is provided by email/SMS once your order is dispatched. Use the tracking link to monitor delivery.

 

Address Accuracy

 

Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are correct. Layl is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.

 

Lost or Damaged Shipments

 

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery) with photos and the tracking number. We will investigate with the courier and offer a replacement, exchange, or refund where applicable.

 

Order Cancellation

 

To cancel an order contact inbox.layl@gmail.com or +92-322-0778777 immediately. Orders can be cancelled prior to dispatch.

Once dispatched, cancellations are handled via the returns process.
